The Debtors team is responsible for managing the municipality’s accounts receivable. They work with residents and businesses to ensure that all accounts are paid on time and that the municipality’s revenue is maximized. The team also provides support to the Legal Services team in cases where legal action is necessary to recover outstanding debts.
